Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items such as intimate products, personal care items, or final-sale products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@darmiq.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or clearance items

  • Opened personal care products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
